The KDLA One-Week Leadership & Robotics Bootcamp is a high-impact, immersive holiday learning experience designed to empower children and teenagers with the core skills required to thrive in a rapidly changing world. It builds on the momentum of the Inter-School Leadership Debate, providing a seamless progression from critical thinking and public speaking into hands-on innovation, 21st-century leadership, and problem-solving through robotics and AI.
The December edition is strategically positioned to:
• Consolidate leadership exposure from the debate.
• Introduce and deepen interest in digital skills.
• Strengthen character, confidence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Provide experiential learning in robotics and basic AI.
• Prepare learners for real-world problem solving.
The bootcamp is intentionally structured to blend Leadership Education + Robotics Coding + Team Challenges + Creativity Labs, tailored to the KDLA three-tier age structure:
• Explorers (5–8 years)
• Pathfinders (9–12 years)
• Trailblazers (13–16 years)
